Bran flakes
I bought a box of Trader Joe's Bran Flakes yesterday in part because it promoted on the box that it was "fortified' with iron.
At home, I compared it to a box I had bought at Food Lion.

Roughly the same, except -- the Food Lion box says it contains 100% of the daily recommended amount and Trader Joe's says only 45%.
Moreover, Trader Joe's provides no means of contacing them except a USPS address!

chicken breasts : Target Search Results
I found an ad for Market Pantry frozen chicken breasts in my newspaper this morning. In an effort to learn more about its salt content, I did several searches on the Target site - nothing came up to help me.

Private Brand Foods - Store Brand Savings - Food Lion
I looked at frozen chicken breasts today at Food Lion. Good price, but when I saw the nutrition disclosure, it says that the sodium content is 25% of the receommended daily amount. One question - why?
