I called 1-800-967-5248 today in order to learn why Walmart was no longer carrying Yoplait lactose free yogurt. After a short wait, an extremely pleasant gentleman came on the line and reviewed my report to him. I had the firm belief at the end of the conversation that he really would do something to explore why this had happened. It is refreshing and reassuring to find someone there willing to pick up on a reasonable customer concern. While he did not promise to get back to me, I felt sure that he would do all that could be done at this point.
