Outrage as Whole Foods CEO Says Ignorance and Poor Choices Cause Obesity

He is right. At all levels, we need to decide to press the market to give us better, cheaper foods. There is no reason that the inexpensive frozen meal options at Walmart need to be anywhere near as bad as what they are. Where are the choices on this Walmart search list that are made with simple imgredients that we recognize? Imagine the opportunities. Until we get there, start with this; expensive?
