Scones, Finger Sandwiches and Tea - NYTimes.com
I don't tend to think of NC as a place with a lot of tearooms, but I guess there is a tea service at the Carolina Inn, probably at the VANDERBILT place in Asheville, and perhaps other outposts of Southern comfort?
