Where is the calorie and nutrition information for these dishes? Where does it talk about the calorie impact of using the "never ending" offer?

After nearly a dozen "clicks", I found it - at least it is here but I would guess that less than 1% of their customers ever get this far or maybe even care. There is, however, no portion size given, making the whole thing valueless.
