Why not in NC? How about organizing a truck to Chapel Hill that stops at one or more sweet potato growers and then delivers what collected to subscribers in Chapel Hill? A kind of sweet potato milk delivery system? Suggest to customers how many sweet potatoes a healthy consumer should be eating in the course of a year and provide that many, more or less.
