Ratatouille et al
Had some ratatouille from a can last night - first night back in Nice. Excellent! Also some almonds that I had bathed in olive oil and then coated with some cinnamon. A pomme rhubarbe mix for dessert, a product that keeps here at room temperature. Washed it down with a great glass of Cotes du Rhone from one of my favorite boxes!
