Frozen Fruit Myths…Debunked! - Wild Blueberries
So I guess if I freeze 1 lb of fresh blueberries, and assuming that the freezing container is air tight, the result will be 1 lb of frozen blueberries? If that is so, where does the liquid come from that one usually finds in thawing frozen blueberries?
